2. Product Listings and Descriptions

We strive to present all product listings, images, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, due to the organic nature of plants, variations in size, color, and appearance may occur and are considered normal. Such natural differences are not deemed defects and are not eligible for return or replacement unless the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

3. Order Acceptance and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

  • Payments must be made through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store any credit/debit card or banking information.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to issues such as pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped across India through reliable logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

  • Dutch Garden is not liable for delivery delays caused by external circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery, with valid photo or video proof.

  • Planters and other non-perishable accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

6. Landscaping and On-Site Services

  • Landscaping services are location-based and subject to availability.

  • A formal quotation detailing the scope, pricing, and timelines will be provided before starting any project.

  • Any changes made post-confirmation may result in a revised cost or delivery timeline.

  • All approvals must be confirmed in writing via email or signed documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product names, videos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Dutch Garden or its content providers. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
