At Dutch Garden, we are committed to ensuring your green companions reach you in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and procedures regarding the shipment of our products, including indoor and outdoor plants, planters, and landscaping accessories.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across India, subject to the availability of reliable courier partners and serviceable pin codes. Please enter your shipping address during checkout to confirm serviceability.
2. Dispatch Timelines
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.
Orders containing live plants may take slightly longer to ensure proper packaging and freshness.
Custom landscaping products or bulk orders may require additional processing time; you will be informed accordingly.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days or more, depending on location and accessibility
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, logistics issues, or regional holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹[insert amount], if applicable.
For orders below this threshold, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Special packaging charges may apply for large plants or fragile planters, which will be clearly communicated before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email or SMS with a tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your order using the link provided to monitor its progress in real time.
6. Packaging and Handling
We follow industry-best practices for packaging:
- Plants are packaged securely to maintain moisture and reduce transit stress.
- Planters and accessories are packed using bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to prevent damage.
- All shipments are labeled as fragile and handled with care by our logistics partners.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated date, please allow an additional 48 hours before contacting us.
Orders that are undelivered due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
In cases of lost shipments or courier errors, we will either resend the order or initiate a refund, based on internal verification.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
All services and deliveries are limited to addresses within India.
9. Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
After reviewing the evidence, we will offer a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
