At Dutch Garden, we are committed to delivering high-quality plants, planters, and gardening products with care and attention. As our products are natural, perishable, or handcrafted, we follow a limited return and refund policy to ensure fairness and sustainability.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product: The item was physically damaged during shipping.
- Incorrect Product: You received a product different from what you ordered.
- Manufacturing Defect: The item has a verifiable flaw caused during manufacturing.
Please note:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Minor variations in plant size, shape, or color (as plants are naturally unique)
- Orders where the product was handled or cared for improperly after delivery
- Change of mind or subjective preferences after purchase
2. Reporting a Problem
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- Clear photos or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
3. Review and Resolution
Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the evidence within 1–2 business days. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Or, if available, a replacement or store credit may be offered
If the submitted evidence does not clearly show a qualifying issue, we may respectfully decline the request.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days and credited to your original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Policy Limitation
We do not arrange return pickups or accept products sent back to us.
Customers are not required to return the item unless explicitly instructed during the resolution process (in rare cases). Most cases are resolved based on evidence submitted.
